| 1. Always offer the
host the opportunity. I do this when I coach them on how to have
a successful class and when I get to the class early to set up.
2. Get to the class
early to set up and ask the host "who is coming tonight that would be great
doing what I do?" Who is looking for a career change? Who loves
these types of products and this type of business? Who is looking
for change in their life or a way to make more money?
3. Always tell your
"I" story - make it short and powerful and make sure you drip about the
opportunity while you are telling your story. Your story should include
why you started your own business, a product testimonial and what you like
best or what you are looking forward to.
4. During the class
Look for the person you want to have on your team. This would be
the person having the most fun, showing the most interest, buying the most
products or telling the host she/he should do this.
5. When everyone is
gone and you are going over the orders with the host, be excited for what
they earned and share what you earned. Offer them the opportunity
again.
Do this at every single class
and you will be RVP in know time.
