a. Customer Care Form - guests fill this out when they arrive and keep it with them throughout the presentation. You collect them at the end of the presentation. This form helps you to service them and see what their interest level is in booking a workshop or becoming a consultant.
b. Suggested Order Forms for Preferred Clients and Clients: When closing the Swiss Skin Care Workshop you will use the Right Start Value Pack Pre-Order. The order has most of the products on it that you covered in the Workshop. There is also a place where they can substitute one product for another. This is the "Ultimate Value" and women buy value.
