Create your Arbonne VP Bag, Your VP bag should contain your Success Binder, five Curiosity Packets, five Host Packets, Arbonne Calendar and Activity Tracker, Sample Packs and Business Cards (see below). This will ensure that you have all the forms and most of the support items you will need to do a presentation or a workshop. You can use the bag that Arbonne sends in the $109 Starter Kit or find your own professional looking bag.
1. Curiosity Packet - this is what you will give out to guests/Prospects who say they are interested in hearing more about the business. Have 5 of these made up at all times.
2. Host Packet - this is the packet of information that you will give to your host when they book a presentation/workshop. You will want to have them with you at your presentation/workshops for those people who book with you. You will set an appointment [preferably in person] to go over the contents or call them the next day to set up an appointment for their host coaching. Have 5 of these made up at all times.
3. Success Binder - Contains key forms and documents that you will be using on a consistent basis. This binder is your preparation for success.
4. Arbonne Calendar and Activity Tracker - If you signed up with the $109 Starter Kit your Calendar and Activity Tracker was included. If not, you can order separately (Item #9060)
5. Sample Packs - You should have the sample packs below at all times. There are many others you can include also but be sure to at least have these. Make sure you have your labels on them! ! (You should have gotten your labels by now www.arbonne.com >The Place>Business-Supplies)
